The peacock is the epitome of beauty. The dynamic of its plumage expands beyond itself and contains a world within, a landscape, a weave, the interconnection of all living things.
This artwork encompasses essential aspects of my art practice: the simplification of forms, the forging of my own visual vocabulary, the translation of colour into my own uniquely mixed palette and my ongoing exploration of the oval shape.
It comes flat on a rigid envelope.
