Blue, superb colour that can evoke sadness and despair and at the same time clarity and light. There’s something mystical about this colour that dresses the celestial vault and the deep seas. It was by request that I got asked to create a blue version for this painting, so here it is. Expressive horse watercolour painting inspired by the movement of the galloping horse. The name of this horse is Blue Libertá.
